Detective expert Kerstin Bergman talks about the puzzle detective. What is really typical of a puzzle deck? Who writes puzzle decks and how has the genre developed up to today?
Kerstin Bergman is a literary scholar, detective reviewer and a member of the Swedish Detective Academy. She has written a large number of articles and several books on detective stories. As a writer and lecturer in the field of detective stories, she runs the company CrimeGarden and blogs about detective stories on crimegarden.se. Nowadays, she is also active as a detective story writer and has written the puzzle detective-inspired "Virgin and Oleander" (2020) and "Forget-me-not" (2021, both published by Southside Stories).
