Meet the author Erik Ehrnst

Some environments are too good not to rewrite, the author himself has said. In the Office , we are invited to a traditional law firm and can soon breathe the air in the corridors. A mummified corpse is found in the basement vaults of the traditional law firm Steiner in central Stockholm.

There are indications that it is Edwin Ander, a former co-owner who disappeared in the sinking of Estonia. The discovery of the body in the basement and the chain of events that follow leads into a dangerous game for several people. Not least for Laura Moretti, daughter of Edwin Ander, who begins to delve into secrets that someone absolutely does not want to be revealed.

With creepy suspense, unpleasant vibes, unexpected twists, toned-down violence and a plot that brings to mind puzzle detective stories, the plot is driven forward in realistic Stockholm environments.
